Founded and led by Samuele León Maggi, León Management Studio works with artists, producers, record labels and music industry professionals, taking a tailored approach to every project.

Alongside its music business activities, León Management Studio also works in digital innovation and consulting, conceiving, designing and developing applications, platforms and technological tools for music, entertainment and business. The aim is to bring technology and the creative industries together through digital solutions that support artists, companies and professionals in analysing, managing, developing and growing their projects.
Over the years, León Management Studio has worked on projects involving hundreds of artists, contributing to chart placements for numerous releases and collaborating with organisations and professionals across the Italian and international recording industries.
Through its consulting work and collaborations with various labels, the studio has also contributed to the development and acquisition of catalogues containing gold and platinum records and hundreds of millions of streams, combining creative expertise with close attention to the strategic and commercial aspects of the music business.
